What documents will I need to get started?

• Valid Photo ID (Driver’s Licence would be preferred)

• Copy of Social Security Card

• Tax Returns: 2020; 2019 (All pages)

• W2’s: 2020; 2019

• Last two pay statements (four if paid weekly)

• Last two bank statements (to show proof of deposit and other settlements funds – all pages front and back.)
